1. Although our service technician will perform routine adjustments to televisions and VCRs, we cannot repair any customer-owned equipment such as TVs, VCRs, DVDs, surround-sound systems, PCs (including spyware, adware, virus, etc.) or telephones.
   
   
2. If your internal wiring was installed or damaged by you or a third party, we cannot maintain or repair these lines under the plan. However, you may arrange to have a service technician visit your home to replace your internal wiring, subject to our standard hourly rate.
   
   
3. Installation charges for initial connections are not included. If you move to a new residence within our service area or your service is disconnected, the SPP does not cover the charges for installation or reconnection.
   
   
4. The charge for a “wall fish” connection.
   
   
5. Physical damage to Time Warner equipment (home terminals, remote controls, etc.) is not covered and may require an additional fee to repair.
