Service Protection Plan Subscriber Agreement

  1. The terms and conditions of the Service Protection Plan may be modified at the sole discretion of Time Warner Cable.

  2. Time Warner Cable shall not be responsible for the operation, maintenance, programming or repairs of subscriber-owned equipment.

  3. Occasionally our technician may be unfamiliar with some of your equipment (such as big-screen televisions or universal remote controls) and may require that you contact the vendor or manufacturer for additional operating instructions.

  4. To take advantage of the Service Protection Plan, your account must be current (not delinquent) at the time any service/repair work is required or performed.

  5. If you cancel your subscription to the Service Protection Plan, there will be a 4-week waiting period upon resubscription to the plan before it will become effective.

  6. You must be a member of the Service Protection Plan before you can take advantage of the upgrade privilege bonus.

  7. The Service Protection Plan only applies to individual residential accounts and is not available to commercial accounts.
